Why do we repeat again and again?
We know the problems to our meeting needs, but we tend to repeat every single time whether it is about complex cable management, writing down meeting discussions and forget some content and who said what, or documenting the discussion and digitally re-organize the contents and distribute. We all been there and why no one is doing anything about it?
Time to change.
Everything is there and available. We just focused on how to make it into a system.
1. Directly connect wireless dongle to the devices that needs connectivity.
2. Allow A.I. to document meeting discussions and identify contents and attendees.
3. Allow Vebo to populate organized meeting notes online, generate passcode, and distribute source to attendees.
Collaboration with Harman AMX
Industrial Design had the opportunity to collaborate with Harman AMX team to create the design language for Vebo. Starting from design proposals to concept design sketches, everything was carefully selected from both parties based on the product and feature needs.
Capturing every moment
360 Camera allows Vebo to capture overall environment of the meeting space and document everything happening within.
Peekaboo
One of the critical feature that we had to tackle within this conference product was to securely close the camera due to customers’ concerns of accidental video recordings. We made it simple by just pressing on the camera to drop it down and pop up.
360 Microphone Array
Biggest challenge we faced during the design of Vebo was the 360 Mic-Array because the locations were very limited by the pop-up camera. So we have figured out a way to locate the Mic-Array just below the housing of the pop-up camera and gave it an accent to become the highlight within the form factor.
Plug + Play
No more wires and cables. We have come up with a solution to make everything wireless by using wireless dongles to connect to Vebo! Simply take out the dongle and connect it to your compute device.
Wireless Fast Charge
Only wire that will be presented in Vebo is the wireless charing dock. Quickly re-charge Vebo by dropping it onto the dock and only take what is needed.
