WHY DO WE REPEAT AGAIN AND AGAIN?
We all face the same meeting challenges—tangled cables, lost discussions, forgotten details, and the hassle of organizing and distributing notes.
Yet, these issues persist. Why hasn’t anyone solved them?
JUST NEEDS SMALL CHANGE
Everything already exists—we just focused on turning it into a seamless system:
Instantly connect devices via a wireless dongle.
Use A.I. to document discussions, identify content, and recognize attendees.
Auto-generate organized meeting notes, create a passcode, and securely share them with attendees.
COLLAB WITH HARMAN AMX
Industrial Design collaborated closely with the Harman AMX team to establish Vebo’s design language.
From initial proposals to concept sketches, every detail was thoughtfully selected to align with both product functionality and feature requirements.
CAPTURE EVERY MOMENT
The 360° camera enables Vebo to capture the entire meeting environment and document all interactions seamlessly.
PEEKABOO
A key challenge in Vebo’s design was addressing privacy concerns over accidental recordings.
We implemented a simple press to drop and pop-up mechanism, allowing users to securely retract or reveal the camera with ease.
360° MICROPHONE ARRAY
The biggest design challenge for Vebo was integrating the 360° Mic-Array within the limited space around the pop-up camera.
We strategically placed the Mic-Array just below the camera housing and highlighted it with an accent, making it a key design feature within the form factor.
PLUG + PLAY
No more tangled wires—Vebo eliminates cables by using wireless dongles for seamless connectivity.
Just take out the dongle and plug it into your device to connect instantly!
WIRELESS FAST CHARGE
The only wire in Vebo is the wireless charging dock.
Simply drop Vebo onto the dock to quickly recharge, taking only what’s needed for a seamless experience.
